Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Pure Performance app account and the information that belongs to it. The app is made by Pure Performance Limited, Wanaka, New Zealand.

Option 1: delete it yourself, in the app

Open the app and sign in. Go to Today, then Account, then Delete my account. The screen lists exactly what will be removed. Type DELETE to confirm and press the final button. It happens straight away, and it cannot be undone.

Option 2: ask us to do it

If you can no longer use the app, email john@pureperformance.co.nz from the email address on your account and say you want your account deleted. We will confirm with you before we delete anything, then delete it.

A parent or guardian of an athlete under 18 can ask in the same way. Coaches who want their own account removed should contact the gym owner.

What is deleted

Your profile and sign-in, your training history, your check-ins, intake answers, assessments and videos, your messages, nutrition information, calendar links, parent or guardian details, and any coach recordings and transcripts about you.

What we keep

Only a short note that an account was deleted, with the date and who asked. It has no name, email or health details. Copies held in our system backups are removed when those backups are replaced, which happens within a short time.
