App support

The Pure Performance app is for members and clients of Pure Performance Wanaka. If something is not working, start here. If this does not fix it, get in touch and we will help.

Getting an account

Your coach creates your account, so you cannot sign up inside the app. You will get an email with a link that signs you in and asks you to choose a password. If it has not arrived, check your junk mail, then ask your coach to send it again.

Signing in

Use the email address your coach used for you, and the password you chose. If you have forgotten it, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we will email you a link to choose a new one.

Notifications

On your iPhone, open Settings, then Notifications, then Pure Performance, and turn on Allow Notifications. Open the app once after you have turned them on.

Camera, microphone and photos

We only use these when you choose to film a clip, speak an answer, or pick a video. If the app cannot reach them, open Settings, then Pure Performance, and switch them on.

Pure Coach and the AI

Pure Coach is only available if your coach switches it on for you. Before you first use it, it shows exactly which details are shared with an AI service and asks for your permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time from the same screen.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Today, then Account, then Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile and everything that belongs to you, and it cannot be undone. If you would rather we do it for you, email us from the address on your account. There is more detail on our delete your account page.

Your health and safety

The app does not give medical advice. If something hurts or feels wrong, stop and tell your coach, or see your doctor. In an emergency call 111. If you ever feel low or unsafe, call or text 1737 any time.
